Hi Stefanie, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?

Looking back, everything now feels illuminated. Every moment of pain and struggle — from childhood wounds to adult challenges — became part of my soul’s awakening: breaking, falling, and rising again to rediscover the light within.

For years, I lived in survival mode, following the rules of a “successful” corporate life. On the outside, it looked perfect; on the inside, I was unraveling. After fifteen years in finance, I could no longer ignore the call of my soul. A profound spiritual awakening — including a vision of an angelic being urging me to “wake up” — changed everything.

Soon after, I discovered Dolores Cannon and her Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®). The moment I heard her speak, I knew I had found my true purpose: guiding others to connect with their Higher Self — the part of us that holds all wisdom, healing, and truth. Through QHHT®, clients explore past lives, parallel lives, and even experiences beyond this Earthly realm to access powerful insight and self-healing.

What began as a small home practice has blossomed into The QHHT Experience, a dedicated healing space in Wentzville, Missouri. Today, as one of only 60 Level 3 QHHT® Practitioners worldwide, I help clients from all walks of life reconnect with their divine essence and remember who they truly are.

Every storm I’ve endured became the foundation for something meaningful — a life guided by purpose, built on faith, and illuminated by love.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?

There were obstacles along the way — but the greatest one was myself.

I had to face the fear: fear of not being good enough, fear of not being worthy of creating the life I dreamed of, fear that I didn’t have what it takes to build something meaningful on my own. I worried about judgment and compared myself constantly, wondering, Who am I to do this?

But step by step, those beliefs began to shift. Each decision, each goal achieved, and every challenge overcome helped me rewrite my story. I began to trust myself — to know that I am enough, that I am worthy, and that I deserve to show up for myself in ways I never had before.

It’s still a daily practice. I’ve learned to stay disciplined yet give myself grace: to choose rest over burnout, and to take breaks instead of breakdowns.

Another challenge was the fear and projection of others. When you begin to rise, not everyone will understand or support you. I had to set boundaries, stop people-pleasing, and trust my intuition to stay true to my own path.

Reprogramming my subconscious mind became one of the most transformative parts of my healing. It ultimately led me to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®).

And yes, there were practical struggles too — learning systems, managing finances, and building a business from the ground up, and wondering, Who will even want to do this?

But the answer always came through clearly and gently: Those who are meant to find you, will. And they did.

My work is all about guiding clients on a journey of self-discovery, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening.

Every challenge can be alchemized into wisdom, every breakdown into breakthrough, and every soul has the power to heal itself when given the space and guidance to do so.

At its core, my mission is to help others trust their own inner voice, awaken their innate wisdom, and live from the light of their Higher Self.

What matters most to you? Why?

What matters most to me is helping humanity heal.

My spiritual awakening opened me to deeper truths about life, consciousness, and purpose. I remember hearing a quiet, persistent message: “You came here to help this planet and its people.” At the time, it felt impossible — how could I, just one person, make a difference?

I often looked around and felt disheartened by the chaos and division in the world. Everything seemed broken. But as I began my own healing journey after leaving the corporate world, I realized that real change doesn’t start outside of us — it begins within.

Through years of uncertainty and self-discovery, my purpose finally became clear: to help others heal from trauma and reconnect with their Higher Self — the divine wisdom and light that lives within us all.

When one person heals, that healing ripples outward. As each soul awakens, the vibration of our planet rises. That’s how transformation happens — through love, compassion, and consciousness.

This is my calling, my purpose, and my passion: to continue my own healing while guiding others in theirs, so together, we can create a brighter, more awakened world.
