Join us for a transformational afternoon of connection, mindfulness, and ancient wisdom as we explore the Essene approach to wellness through incense, breath, and consciousness.

We’ll begin with a private guided tour of Lifetime Media Studios, one of St. Louis’ premier Emmy Award-winning creative production facilities — where storytelling, artistry, and technology come together to inspire.

Following the tour, John Launius — Consulting Hypnotist (NGH), CEO of Shihan Wellness, and Director of Strategic Operations at Lifetime Media — will lead a hands-on Essene-themed Incense Workshop, blending ancient aromatic traditions with modern mindfulness practice.
